These terms govern sales of Olio del Caporale products through this website. The seller is:

The oil is produced and bottled by Soc. Agricola Colli Etruschi Soc. Coop, Via degli Ulivi 2, 01010 Blera (VT), from the farm’s own olives.

The Italian version of these terms prevails over this translation.

We sell 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil from the 2026 harvest, in 50 cl and 1 L glass bottles and a 5 L tin. Pictures of the packaging are illustrative; the label of the pack you receive is what counts.

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Courier delivery costs €9.90 per order; pickup at the farm in La Quercia is free. The total is always shown before you confirm.

Choose your products, enter your details and how you want to receive them, and press “Pay”: this places an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed: you see it on the thank-you page, with your order number, and receive the receipt by e-mail.

If a product is no longer available we tell you straight away and refund you in full.

You pay online when you order, through Stripe, by card or the other methods offered on the page. We never see or keep your card details.

We ship anywhere in Italy by courier. We write to confirm shipping; delivery takes place within 30 days of the order at the latest. When the parcel arrives, check it is intact and, if not, accept it with reservation, telling the courier.

If you choose farm pickup we write to arrange a day and time at Località La Quercia, Viterbo.

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving (or picking up) the products, without giving any reason, by sending us a clear statement with your order number by post to Az. Agricola “Progetto di Vita”, Località La Quercia, 01100 Viterbo (VT).

Send the products back within the following 14 days; return costs are yours. We refund you within 14 days of the withdrawal, including standard delivery, with the same payment method, and may wait until we receive the products.

Withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery, which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons (art. 59(e) Italian Consumer Code).

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (arts. 128 ff. Italian Consumer Code). If you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong product, write to us by post to Az. Agricola “Progetto di Vita”, Località La Quercia, 01100 Viterbo (VT), ideally with a photo: we replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Keep the oil in a cool, dry place away from light and heat, and use it by the best-before date on the label.

The contract is governed by Italian law. For complaints write to us by post to Az. Agricola “Progetto di Vita”, Località La Quercia, 01100 Viterbo (VT); we answer as soon as we can. Disputes with consumers fall to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence, without prejudice to the rights your own country’s law gives you.
